한국학중앙연구원 한국학진흥사업단은 교육부 위탁사업으로 2007년부터 한국학진흥사업을 시행하고 있습니다.
이 중 해외한국학사업은 해외 한국학 거점 대학.연구소 육성 및 인력 양상 지원. 연구지원 등을 주 목적으로 하고 있습니다. 위와 관련하여 2024년도 한국학진흥사업 신규과제 공고문 및 신청요강을 첨부하오니 관심있는 해외의 한국학 연구자 및 연구기관들의 많은 신청을 바랍니다.
1. 사업개요
□ 사업목적
◦ 글로벌 한국학 거점 지원을 통한 해외 한국학 연구,교육 인프라 구축
◦ 국내외 한국학 성과를 기반으로 해외 수요에 부합하는 한국학 컨텐츠 제작
◦ 연구,번역,사전편찬,총서 발간 지원을 통한 국내외 한국학 연구역량 제고
◦ 한국학 기초자료 수집과 DB 구축을 통한 한국학 연구기반 강화
2. 신청 및 참여 제한
□ 교육부 학술연구지원사업에 연구자가 동시에 수행할 수 있는 연구과제는 3개 이내로 하며, 그 중 연구책임자로
수행할 수 있는 과제는 2과제로 제한함 (인건비 중복 수혜 불가)
※ 단, 현재 수행 중인 과제가 1)신규과제 온라인 신청 마감일로부터 6개월 이내에 종료되는 경우 또는 2)각 사업별로
과제 수 산정시 예외로 인정하는 과제인 경우 신청 및 참여 제한 과제 수에 미포함.
□ 온라인 신청 마감일 현재 학술연구지원사업 등에서 각종 참여제한 조치 기간 중에 있는자

1. Program Information
□ Program Objectives
o Establish infrastructure for overseas Korean Studies research and education through the support of Global Korean Studies hubs.
o Create Korean Studies content based on domestic Korean Studies research achievements to meet overseas demand.
o Boost the capability of domestic and overseas Korean Studies through the support of
research, translation, and dictionary compilation.
o Strengthen the foundation of Korean Studies through the collection of fundamental Korean Studies materials and the establishment of related databases.

2. Restrictions on Applications and Participation
· An individual may participate simultaneously in three or fewer projects supported by the Korean Ministry of Education research grants. However, an individual may serve as project director for only two projects. (In the case of participation in more than one project, overlapping payment of labor expenses is strictly prohibited.)
o However, the following are not to be counted: 1) projects which end within six months
from the application deadline, and 2) certain specially designated projects (as listed in the Korean Application Guidelines).
· Persons who are under research sanctions as of the application deadline may be restricted from applying.
