Photo Submission Requirement

Save your photo w/your name and upload it on the online application form

The photo must be full face and front view

The photo must be in color (no black & white)

No with sunglasses, hat, or headgear

Minimum acceptable dimensions are 300 x 300 pixels. Maximum acceptable dimensions are 1200 x 1200 pixels.
